Oggi è la festa del papà e per festeggiare il nostro grande papà ho deciso di preparare uno dei suoi piatti preferiti:il pollo in umido.<br />
In realtà non sono molto esperta in materia. Gli altri componenti della famiglia (me compresa) non amano particolarmente questo piatto, quindi non lo cucino spesso.<br />
La ricetta è molto semplice e richiede la disponibilità di pochissimi ingredienti.<br />

Iniziamo la settimana con una ricettina facile facile...la versione "light" di pasta e melanzane.<br />
La vera pasta con le melanzane prevede infatti la frittura delle melanzane e un soffritto di olio e cipolla. Io non faccio nulla di tutto ciò, ma il risultato è stato ugualmente ottimo. Una piacevole scoperta che mi fa sentire meno in colpa ogni volta che mangio questo primo piatto ;-)<br />

<li>Nel frattempo portate ad ebollizione abbondante acqua salata e cuocete la pasta</li>
<li>Frullate ora grossolanamente gli spinaci Potete utilizzare un mixer o un frullatore ad immersione, il risultato sarà lo stesso.</li>

La Torta a Quadrotti è una valida alternativa alla classica torta salata a base di pasta sfoglia. Buona e facile da preparare, questa torta salata è ottima come aperitivo o per le feste di compleanno dei bambini. Le farciture possibili sono tantissime: cotto e formaggio, crudo e formaggio, pancetta e scamorza,.. Io ho optato per la classica "cotto e mozzarella", avendo preparato la torta per una merenda tra bambine.<br />

<li>Srotolate un rotolo di pasta sfoglia, mantenendolo sulla propria carta forno, e farcitelo con prosciutto cotto e pezzetti di mozzarella. </li>
<li>Ricoprite con il secondo rotolo di pasta sfoglia, andando a chiudere bene i bordi. La torta può essere trasferita in una teglia da forno.</li>

pelle. Preparate la marinatura in una ciotola a parte, unendo olio, pepe verde,
pepe rosa, aceto, sale ed il succo di un limone spremuto. Versate la marinatura
sul pesce spada, in maniera tale da ricoprirlo completamente. Coprite con la
pellicola e lasciate marinare in frigo per almeno 5 ore. Servite freddo e
conservate in frigo per al massimo un giorno.</span><br />

Preparate la pasta frolla, lavorando la farina, lo zucchero, le uova, il burro
tagliato a pezzetti, il lievito per dolci e la buccia grattugiata di un limone.
Lavorate insistentemente fino ad ottenere un panetto omogeneo. Avvolgete la
frolla nella pellicola e lasciate riposare in frigorifero per almeno 40 minuti.
Stendete la frolla e andate a ricoprire uno stampo per crostate,
precedentemente imburrato. <br />
Spalmate sulla frolla la marmellata di zucca, in maniera tale da
ottenere uno strato omogeneo. Con la pasta avanzata divertitevi a realizzare dei tubolari che andrete a posizionare a raggiera sulla crostata. Schiacciateli e tagliate i bordi con una ruota a zig-zag. Formate infine il ragnetto e posizionatelo dove
preferite all'interno della ragnatela. Infornate a 180°C per 30 minuti in forno
preriscaldato. <o:p></o:p></span></span><br />

Ecco un'idea per una cenetta facile e veloce, decisamente nata come ricettina "svuota-frigo". I wurstel possono essere facilmente rimpiazzati con qualsiasi altro ingrediente abbinabile alle patate (salsiccia, prosciutto cotto, zucchine,...)<br />

<strong>Ingredienti per 4 persone</strong><br />
<ul>
<li>1 rotolo di pasta sfoglia rotonda</li>
<li>3 patate medie</li>
<li>1 mozzarella</li>
<li>3 wurstel piccoli</li>
<li>2 uova</li>
<li>1 pizzico di sale</li>
<li>1 cucchiaino di olio extra-vergine di oliva</li>
</ul>
<strong>Preparazione</strong><br />

<li>Sbucciate e lessate le patate. tagliatele a pezzetti e lasciatele raffreddare</li>
<li>Nel frattempo sistemate il rotolo di pasta sfoglia in una tortiera rivestita di carta forno. Bucherellate la sfoglia.</li>

<li>Schiacciate grossolanamente le patate con la forchetta ed unite i wurstel e la mozzarella tagliati a pezzetti, le uova, il sale e l'olio. Mescolate bene e versate il composto nella tortiera. </li>
